DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform detail analysis of complex business process requirements of the clients through meetings, discussions, and other requirement elicitation tools. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; recommend necessary mitigation or work around processes to maximize the Sunfish functionality and satisfy clients' needs. Summarize the assessment notes and solution definition reports Configure client's business process requirement Conduct one or two sub-modules Key/Admin User Training and ability to answer some basic questions according to software specifications. COMPETENCIES: Project Management Client Management Critical Thinking Communication Creative and Innovative Thinking QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 2 years of experience in either of the following role a human resources, business process outsourcing, software implementation, business analyst, project management.
