In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for our growing construction business, ensuring we attract, develop and retain top talent to support our ambitious growth plans. Job Description: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and offboarding Administer HR policies, processes and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices Provide HR advisory support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters Assist with the design and implementation of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the company&aposs HR strategy Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports as required Payroll preparation and Timekeeping for staff employee. Administration of monthly remittance report of SSS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth Requirements: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business Course or it&aposs related field Minimum 5 years work experience as HR Officer/ HR Supervisor/ HR Generalists, ideally within the construction industry.
