Collaborate with designers, marketing leads, and subject matter experts to refine and approve content, and liaise with global and regional teams to keep content up to date. Maintain content governance standards, conduct regular quality checks, and ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines. Lead or support web content projects, mentor junior team members, and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on digital content strategy and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 3-7+ years' experience in web content management, digital marketing, or copywriting. Experience in content writing Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Optimizely or similar CMS platforms, with experience in content personalization, localization, and A/B testing. Solid understanding of on-page/technical SEO, analytics, and digital performance metrics. Familiarity with UX best practices, web accessibility standards, and user-centered content design. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, results-driven, and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Skilled in Microsoft Office, with basic HTML/CSS knowledge a plus. Ability to coach others, influence digital communications, and adjust work hours as needed. Experience in B2B, tech, consulting, or multi-language/global web environments is preferred.
