Job Description:Job SummaryIf you are a Product Manager looking to make a major impact on the products developed by a premier technology organization, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in Manila, you will be responsible for leading the product management for the Amber Agile Release Train made of six to eight Agile teams.Emerson is a global company dedicated to making the world a better place. You will have the flexibility to work three days a week away from the office, and you will work side by side with highly motivated people dedicated to developing award-winning products that improve the lives of our customers.In this role, your responsibilities will be to:Collaborate with various departments such as Marketing, Technology, and other related departments to understand the business priorities.Establish and maintain roadmaps strategically that outline development priorities in the short and medium-term while collaboratively driving the plan with partners and collaborators.Strong ability to anticipate upcoming concerns, as well as work with a cross-functional team to find the solution with the business objectives in mind.Assess and communicate how the value stream release train will respond to new requests from the organization, including potential impact to on-going projectsDefine and prioritize the feature backlogs and articulate to collaborators and agile teams according to customer requirement.Lead and develop strong Product Owners who are responsible for their own agile teams' delivery of desired business outcomesWho You Are:You are effective in a variety of communication settings: from one-on-one to small and large groups, and from teams and product owners to collaborators and executives. You understand and balance internal and external partner requirements, expectations, interests, and needs. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You create and articulate achievements and symbols to rally support behind the vision. You can break down objectives into appropriate breakthroughs while anticipating and adjusting effective contingency plans.For this Role You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in a field related to Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Masters degree is a plus
At least 6 years of knowledge and experience in the process control systems, industrial automation, or related industries
At least 3 to 5 years in a Product Manager or Product Owner related role

Preferred Qualification that Sets You Apart:

Experience with developing software products in multiple platforms with PC, web or cloud technology stack
Experience with ISO certified processes and audits, secure lifecycle development, and/or development of software products for use in a SIL environment
People management experience that leads by example in delivering results and strong sense of ownership and accountability
