Role Overview CloudMarc is seeking an experienced ADP Test Analyst to join a large-scale payroll transformation initiative. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and requires proven, hands-on experience testing ADP payroll systems . You'll play a key role in validating payroll processes, rules, and outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and system integrity. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute end-to-end testing on the ADP payroll platform. Design and maintain test cases based on detailed business and functional requirements. Conduct parallel payroll runs , perform cross-system validation, and ensure payroll accuracy. Validate payroll rules, configurations, and statutory compliance. Identify, log, and manage defects using structured defect management processes. Work closely with payroll, development, and testing teams across different time zones. Communicate testing progress and results clearly to stakeholders. What You'll Bring Mandatory : Demonstrated experience testing ADP payroll systems (not just general payroll testing). Strong knowledge of payroll test strategies, with an emphasis on parallel testing and data reconciliation . Experience with payroll compliance in Australia is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
