- Lead and project manage the end-to-end development of Love, Bonito’s global retail store network, across various store types and formats.
- Strategize and manage multiple store openings, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring alignment with agreed cost, duration, and quality targets.
- Drive operational efficiency in store development processes by working closely with key stakeholders across functions, improving workflows and execution outcomes.
- Retrieve, understand, and translate in-market requirements, identifying and aligning the correct internal and external stakeholders to deliver the ideal store.
- Develop clear project scope and plans, including milestones, objectives, KPIs, deliverables, resourcing needs, and detailed project timelines based on each market’s needs.
- Plan and lead project kick-offs, as well as manage site takeovers and handovers between relevant internal teams (e.g., retail, design, facilities, and construction).
- Manage working team outcomes by managing expectations, ensuring accountability, and facilitating successful collaboration across departments.
- Ensure transparency and alignment across all project stages by actively managing risks and issues, documenting developments, and facilitating resolution or mitigation.
- Formulate and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with Finance and effective resource allocation across involved teams.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project trackers and dashboards to be shared internally and externally for regular progress updates.
- Develop strong communication plans, and create structured, engaging presentations and materials that help decision-makers understand complex subjects and make informed calls.
- Lead cross-functional task forces and continuously improve store development processes to achieve cost and time savings, leveraging industry best practices and insights.
- Conduct regular site visits alongside the Retail Design & Facilities team to ensure construction and execution align with expectations and standards.
- At least 10-15 years of experience and knowledge in Retail Project Management/Store Development and Construction in the Philippines
- Superior communication and storyboarding skills via Google Slides/ Powerpoint
- BA/BS degree from top university in Engineering, Industrial Design or Supply Chain preferred
- Willingness to travel to new/ existing markets with Love, Bonito’s presence
- Ability to read basic design drawings, technical blueprints and shop drawings and previous experience in managerial role would be a plus
- Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
