Role OverviewWe are seeking a tech-forward Remote Assistant to identify real estate opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and support daily operations. This is an international role with significant growth potential. The ideal candidate isn’t just "comfortable" with technology—they are an AI power-user who proactively integrates artificial intelligence to 10x their research, communication, and organizational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Sourcing: Identify off-market single-family and multifamily (affordable and market-rate) opportunities priced ~30% below market value.Market Intelligence: Leverage AI tools for deep-dive research, property screening, and gathering local market data.Financial Analysis: Perform basic financial modeling using our Excel templates. Use AI to clean data, organize property financials, and provide initial analysis summaries.Investor Relations: Prepare high-quality deal presentations for lenders and investors, utilizing AI for drafting, formatting, and visual polish.Operational Support: Manage emails and calendars with an emphasis on AI-driven productivity (e.g., automated follow-ups, meeting summaries, and scheduling).Pipeline Management: Track and follow up with leads, ensuring the CRM stays organized and communication remains prompt and professional.RequirementsRequirementsAnalytical Mindset: Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of basic math/finance principles.AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI (LLMs, research agents, automation tools) into daily workflows to improve speed and quality.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a "don't let things fall through the cracks" attitude.Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for drafting professional documents and emails.Independence: Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fully remote, international environment.Preferred QualificationsBackground in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.Experience working in a remote-first company.Familiarity with specific AI-based productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or specialized real estate AI).Why Join Us?This isn't just a data entry role.
