- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide a resolution in a timely manner
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and innovations
- Can accommodate working on site (Quezon Avenue, QC)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
- At least 2 years of experience as a technical support representative
- Ability to function as the highest point of service escalation
- Familiarity with Contactless payments (ATMs and Cash Express machines)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
