We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Drafter/Engineer/CNC Engineer with experience in fa ade systems, including window and panel shop drawings. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing detailed technical drawings and performing accurate takeoffs for various construction and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings in alignment with engineering standards and client specifications Collaborate with engineers to develop, modify, and review designs, calculations, and project requirements Ensure drawings are accurate, code-compliant, and meet all project deliverables Conduct material takeoffs, reviewing plans and summarizing data in Excel/PDF Work with Logikal software to generate and manage project data efficiently Support CNC engineering processes by providing precise documentation and layouts Requirements Qualifications Proven experience in fa ade drafting, specifically with window and panel systems Strong experience in takeoffs and creating Excel-based material summaries Proficiency in AutoCAD, Logikal, and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team Benefits Location: Work from Home Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine Time) Salary: USD $700-750/month How to Apply: Please send your CV and portfolio (samples of your technical drawings or CNC projects) to: [HIDDEN TEXT]
