Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment and Training Specialist located in Manila. The Recruitment and Training Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, recruiting suitable candidates, and coordinating training programs. The role also involves enhancing communication strategies to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous development of employees.

Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
Strong Interviewing skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in conducting and coordinating Training programs
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
