Job Description: Operational Oversight: Manage overall RC operations in the region, ensuring Team Leads and BPO staff meet performance targets. Shift Performance Management: Monitor sorting flow and semi-automated systems to resolve bottlenecks and ensure 100% completion of daily volume. People Leadership: Supervise and mentor RC Area Manager & Team Leads oversee the performance, attendance, and training of frontline agents and BPO personnel. Process Optimization: Implement and refine SOPs for a semi-automated environment to maximize efficiency and reduce 'stuck parcels.' Reporting & Analytics: Analyze shift data (e.g., COT2 snapshots, productivity gaps) and report performance metrics directly to senior management. Resource Planning: Align labor requirements with volume projections, ensuring adequate staffing levels to manage peak demand and extra truck influxes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with others miles (First Mile, Sorting Center, Linehaul, Last mile), Workforce Management, Health & Safety (HSE), and Facility Management (FCM), Asset Management, to ensure smooth inbound/outbound transitions and workplace safety. Requirements: Manage effectively the day to day operation of the RC sorting center and team through the region's operational team leaders. Maintain overview RC KPI including Inbound / Process / Outbound to be on-time on a daily basis. Monitor daily productivity by reviewing planned capacity and volume on a daily basis. Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in logistics/warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Sorting Center, Warehouse fulfillment, or high-volume distribution hub. Technical Skills: Experience with semi-automated sorting systems. Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet. Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams of frontline workers and BPO staff in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills under tight deadlines (e.g., managing late truck arrivals or equipment downtime). Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and labor regulations. Flexibility: Ability to work shift rotations, including night shifts and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
