Job Description :
  • Manage contract confirmations and create accounts within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Track pending contracts and Fleet Management System activation that are due and beyond SLA
  • Coordinate with Hub Leads on deployment and reporting schedule
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment team on next steps and strategies on possible escalations
  • Oversee queries and concerns from stakeholders
  • Conduct for the Awards Program for the Fulfillment Team
Requirements :
  • Must have at least a 2 years of college education.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
  • Proficient in using emails, social media chat groups, Viber, Whatsapp, etc
  • Can speak local and regional dialect of his/her assigned area.
  • Experience in mass sourcing and hiring of personnel is an advantage
