- Collaborate with internal strategists to align messaging with client value propositions and sales objectives.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize open rates and response rates.
- Plan and create Linkedin content calendars and select client campaigns.
- Write thought leadership posts, articles, and client-facing updates tailored to key buyer personas.
- Leverage analytics to inform content iteration and improvement.
- Develop webinar topics, outlines, and promotional messaging.
- Partner with subject matter experts to script engaging presentation content and follow-up sequences.
- Apply principles from Building a StoryBrand to develop clear, persuasive messaging.
- Support sales enablement efforts by creating content that aligns with each stage of the buyer journey.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align content initiatives with broader growth goals.
- Contribute to developing content processes and best practices that scale across multiple client engagements.
- 3-5 years of B2B content marketing, content strategy, or copywriting experience.
- Proven success developing content for multi-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars, blogs).
- Experience in or familiarity with B2B sales, SaaS, or professional services industries.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and conversion.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, buyer-centric messaging.
- Working knowledge of lead nurturing, sales funnels, and persona development.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
- Strong project management skills to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Building a StoryBrand, Challenger Sale, or SPIN Selling.
