Title: Project Finance Associate / Manager Location: Manila, Philippines About the Role: Renewable Energy Developer with an existing presence in the Philippines Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions for renewable energy projects, including project finance models, corporate valuations, and scenario analyses Involved in negotiations and management of the relationships with lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders to secure project debt and equity financing. Develop, analyse, evaluate, and recommend financial options and proposals as they relate to a business development project or other funding needs. Support or lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of financing documents Assist in the origination of lending and financial advisory mandates, including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations Requirements: Minimum 4 years of professional working experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking Experience developing financial models for the renewable energy sector Possess strong networking capabilities, with existing relationships with banks, financing institutions, and other stakeholders Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial insights to stakeholders Application If you are interested in this position, please apply directly on the platform with your latest CV.
