Compensation: 1,320,000 - 1,920,000 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are hiring Technical Support Engineers for our leading client in the enterprise software and endpoint management space . This role involves providing high-quality L2/L3 support for global customers using MDM/UEM solutions, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues on MDM/UEM platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, MaaS360, etc.). Provide technical support across L2/L3 tiers within defined SLAs. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams for escalations and fixes. Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation. Handle customer escalations with professionalism and urgency. Contribute to process improvement and best practices within the support team. Required Skills & Experience 4-8 years of technical support experience (enterprise SaaS preferred). Strong expertise in MDM/UEM technologies . Proficiency with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or Salesforce. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in MDM/UEM platforms. ITIL or equivalent service management certification.
