Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service while collecting outstanding payments, resolving disputes or issues and assisting order releases. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers regarding outstanding balances Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns related to invoices, payments, or order fulfillment Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status. Support sales in order fulfillment related issues Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer master data, cash applications, dispute resolution) to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues. Meet or exceed monthly service level agreements.
