Someone with impeccable design taste, a mastery of typography and layout, and the ability to translate a brand into a stunning, functional, and modern web presence. This isn't just about making pages look good, it's about defining how Boundless shows up on the web. You'll shape a digital presence that feels as intentional, distinctive, and emotionally resonant as our brand itself. Every design choice, from type hierarchy to micro-interactions, will carry the brand forward. You understand that a marketing site is an immersive expression of a brand and that great design is about cohesion, clarity, and personality at every scale. In this role, you'll be a leader and help define and evolve Boundless' digital brand language. You'll design with uncompromising attention to craft, ensuring pixel-perfect execution that stands up to global brands. You'll work closely with writers, marketers, and developers to build experiences that are timeless yet modern, consistent yet full of character. Responsibilities Design polished, responsive marketing pages that elevate the Boundless brand. Create layouts with impeccable typography, spacing, and rhythm across devices. Develop and maintain a design system in Figma for marketing pages and templates. Bring UX thinking into your design work. Ensuring clarity, usability, and a seamless user journey. Partner with writers, marketers, and developers to ensure designs are purposeful and cohesive. Refine and optimize existing pages to improve clarity, usability, and visual impact. Incorporate motion or subtle interaction to enhance the user experience where appropriate. Experience & Qualifications A portfolio that shows refined taste, strong conceptual thinking, and a mastery of layout, typography, and UX flows. 5+ years of experience in web, brand, or visual design roles with a focus on marketing sites. Advanced Figma skills with clean, organized files and a system-driven mindset. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and modern web capabilities. Experience collaborating closely with developers to bring designs to life. Webflow knowledge is a plus but not required. Bonus Points Background in creative studios, agencies, or premium consumer brands. Familiarity with tools like GSAP, Lottie, or After Effects for lightweight animation or motion prototyping. Experience with WebGL, 3D, or advanced front-end animation (even through collaboration with developers). Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization.
