- Perform the GISC control in daily business as specified in DP according to Control Calendar focusing on controls less complex addressing low to medium rated risks
- Execute event-triggered controls when initiated by specific events (change requests, access requests)
- Timely create and securely store control evidence to serve as the basis for Management Assessments and audits
- Report the need for documentation changes to the Global Process Manager (GPM)
- Report and escalate issues to the accountable System Owner, the Managed Service Provider, Global GISC Manager and Work Lead
- Professional Experiene (2 years) in Quality, Risk Management or Financial Accounting
- Required Experience: Medical/pharmaceutical/natural science/IT background/Finance
- Qualification & Competencies:
- Good understanding of Internal Control Systems - target, content, requirements
- Basic Knowledge how Enterprise IT works - Infrastructure, platforms, applications
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to evaluate metrics and identify and prioritize compliance issues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate, manage and track multiple activities while maintaining a high standard of work
- Good communication and moderation skills
- Fluent in English; both written and spoken
