From administrative finesse to project prowess, you'll be the linchpin of a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Each day, engage in a morning check-in with the manager to review the day's schedule and upcoming events on the calendar, ensuring preparedness for productive meetings. Oversee the executive calendar, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans while proactively anticipating scheduling needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing correspondence, screening calls, and composing professional communications. Coordinate travel logistics for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while ensuring all documentation requirements are met. Provide comprehensive project support, including research, data analysis, and maintaining project management systems, ensuring deadlines are met and facilitating effective communication within project teams. Additionally, assist in managing workflow and supporting special projects as assigned by the general manager. Skills Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in project management, calendar management, email management, data analysis, and travel coordination. Preferably someone who has 4-5+ years of experience with the mining industry or a related field, providing familiarity with relevant terminology, processes, and regulations.
