Champion cultural transformation initiatives that promote innovation, collaboration, and agility within a fast-paced technology and engineering environment. Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve performance, engagement, and organizational health. Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability. Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure holistic HR support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role. Proven expertise in organizational development and change management. Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable. Master's degree is a plus.
