Summary:We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to support the daily operation and optimization of its nanofiber membrane production. This role is ideal for candidates with production experience in nonwoven, film, textile, or technical materials, and an engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering is highly preferred.Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of multiple production lines
Lead, coach, and schedule production staff to meet output and efficiency targets
Monitor production KPIs (e.g., yield, downtime, throughput, OEE) and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime
Support implementation of lean manufacturing, 5S, and other process improvement initiatives
Participate in planning and execution of production trials and product scale-up
Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols
Assist in workforce training, evaluation, and incident reporting
Collaborate with Quality Control and R&D to resolve defects and technical issues
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
36 years of production or operations experience in textiles, nonwoven materials, polymer films, or similar industries
Proven leadership in a manufacturing floor environment
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
Knowledge of lean tools, production KPIs, and continuous improvement practices
