Opportunity To deliver customer service in line with the Maersk brand, customer value proposition and guiding principles To execute the various export and import customer service processes as per global design Responsibilities: Read and reply tocorrespondenceswith both internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs as defined for the specific communicationchannel Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes Attend to export- or import-specific processes as assigned in the team, namely: Import-specificprocesses Facilitate completion of documentation process, closing of open exporttasks Support with proactive activities that facilitate smooth cargo readiness and delivery order to ensure high levels of customer experience and avoid additionalcosts Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow uptoensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contractterms Export-specific processes Conduct Vessel reconciliation and manifest process as per processdesign Facilitate completion of documentation and invoicing process Support with proactive activities that facilitate documentation and cargorelease Work in close coordination with Area Partners on needed follow up to ensure smooth delivery of cargo to the customer as per agreed contractterms Qualifications: 1-2 years Logistics and Shipping/SCM work experience (good to have, preferred) Open to newly grads, as long as the course related If BPO, preferred if client is Logistics and Shipping/ SCM Proficient communication skills both written and oral Excellent skills in MS Excel Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
