The executive will lead the end-to-end project execution - from land acquisition, approvals, development, construction, compliance, sales coordination, and turnover; ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with government regulations and financing frameworks.QualificationsLicensed Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field.
