Store Personnel

• We are seeking a reliable and friendly Store Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the proper organization of merchandise. This role involves working with a dynamic team and helping customers find products, process sales transactions, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.
• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter the store.
• Provide information on store products, promotions, and services to customers.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise, offering product recommendations when necessary.
• Handle cash and process transactions using the stores point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, aisles, and sales floor.
• Ensure that products are neatly displayed, properly priced, and fully stocked.
• Assist in receiving and checking in stock deliveries.
• Perform regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify low-stock items.
• Help customers with returns and exchanges, following store policies.
• Keep track of any damaged or expired merchandise and remove it from shelves.
• Support the store manager in setting up promotional displays and preparing the store for sales events.
• Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed to prevent theft and maintain a safe working environment.
