About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Financial Analyst to support our client&aposs Investment Team in the Build-for-Rent (BFR) business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting strategic growth initiatives within a dynamic and expanding real estate platform. Key Responsibilities: Support the Investment Team in the screening and analysis of potential acquisitions Conduct financial underwriting for BFR (Build-for-Rent) deals Prepare and analyze financial models to assess investment viability Perform in-depth market and industry research to support investment decisions Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other reports for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interest in the real estate industry and investment analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Willing to work onsite on a full-time basis Night shift schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Philippine Time) Preferred Experience: Previous experience in real estate, private equity, or financial analysis is a plus Exposure to underwriting and due diligence processes is an advantage Why Join Us Competitive compensation and benefits Collaborative and inclusive work environment Career development and growth opportunities Work with international teams and gain global exposure Show more Show less
