- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to the needs of your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with GSK’s ethical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that aligns with GSK’s values.Qualifications/SkillsBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market and regulatory environment.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of healthcare professionals.Work Environment:
