Lead Associate, Private Equity Manager Research - Investment

• Identify and execute private equity funds, secondary opportunities, and co-investments.
• Develop and optimize financial models and analytical tools.
• Create investment memorandums and participate in committee discussions.
• Analyze market opportunities using financial databases and generate reports.
• Enhance research methods and tools.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree Holder required
• At least 2 years of work experience in private equity or other private market asset classes or public equity
• A proactive self-starter who thrives managing diverse and dynamic workloads
• Possess advanced skills in financial analysis and modeling to drive insights
• Demonstrate strong and effective business English communication abilities
• Excel both independently and collaboratively, with a passion for challenging norms and enhancing processes
• Confidently engage and communicate across all organizational levels and functions
• Detail-focused with a sharp, logical, and analytical mindset
