- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence with consistent and strategic content
- Repurpose existing content (blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.) into engaging posts and short-form updates
- Engage actively on social platforms: respond to comments, messages, and interact with relevant posts
- Collaborate with the team on creative content ideas and social media campaigns
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on performance
- Stay updated on LinkedIn trends and best practices
- Utilize basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, scheduling platforms) to assist in content generation and workflow optimization
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn or similar B2B social media channels
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Basic knowledge of design and AI-based content tools (e.g., Canva, ChatGPT, Buffer/Hootsuite)
- Proactive and collaborative work style, with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in B2B marketing or supporting remote service businesses
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tools
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn accounts or other B2B social media platforms
- Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for detail and tone consistency
- Ability to repurpose content (blogs, videos, newsletters, etc.) into engaging social media posts
- Strong understanding of social media engagement-liking, commenting, and responding appropriately to build community
- Collaborative mindset-comfortable brainstorming and working with cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Grammarly, content scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and using data to optimize performance
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines
