- Handle monthly payroll and ensure that the process proceeds correctly and on time
- Familiar with Payroll software such as Sprout HR and can manage SSS, PAGIBIG and HDMF and Income Tax annualization.
- Manage other benefits program such as Health Insurance, loyalty and gift card system.
- Support line managers/ employees on key HR Operations such as performance management, development planning, Discipline/Labour relations and facility management.
- Update and maintain HRIS and other employee records and documentation.
- Support Employee engagement activities and correspond on internal user requests.
- Coordinate with other departments in accordance with other HR related tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Very analytical with good attention to details.
- Very good command of excel or google sheet.
- Experience of using Sprout payroll system.
- Good command of written and spoken English
