-Develop and execute strategic, innovative sourcing plans to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates to build an on-demand talent pipeline
-Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management
-Develop recruiting KPIs to measure process efficiency and quality of hire
-Develop scorecard to drive vendor accountability on all contractual SLAs and KPIs
-Make data-based decisions to identify opportunities for improving the hiring process and candidate/manager experience
-Leverage data to educate and influence talent decisions with leaders
-Partner with HR Technology team to optimize CRM/ATS configuration to enable a talent on-demand process
-Support and manage organizational change to ensure program adoption and satisfaction among client groups
-Monitor and maintain integrity of data in recruiting databases and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary
-Align recruitment marketing, sourcing and technology in a way that works best for high volume hourly recruiting specific needs
-Partner with RPO to innovate and facilitate the candidate/hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process
-Train and educate hiring managers on the UBIF hiring process and interviewing skillsSKILLS:Technical skills:
-Successful track record filling high-volume/ support and leadership positions
-Experience utilizing TA/HR systems Workday (position management), ATS (Taleo) and CRM (Avature)
-Experience utilizing a CRM (Avature) to drive candidate sourcing/pipeline
-Ability to function effectively in a highly matrixed environment
-Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills including strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
-Experience presenting to members of senior leadership
-Experience leading and implementing process changes
-Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookSoft/Leadership skills:
-Fill in these skills based on the career level (Prof/Sr Prof/Mgr, etc) of the position. These skills have been provided by the Talent Strategy teamEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Required Education and Experience
-BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or in an equivalent business-related degree preferred
-Minimum 3-5 year's related experience in Talent Acquisition conducting full life cycle recruiting
-Preferred Education and Experience
-Recruiting for frontline level sales positions
-High-volume recruiting in a retail/field environment
-Knowledge of HR system (Taleo, Avature, Workday) configuration concepts
-Vendor relationship management
-Leadership/supervisory experience
