Key Responsibilities Write and optimize job advertisements to maximize engagement and applicant response rates. Tailor job descriptions to reflect company culture, role expectations, and unique selling points. Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and create targeted job postings. Ensure all job postings align with brand voice, tone, and recruitment marketing strategies. Adapt job ads for various platforms, including job boards, social media, and career sites. Monitor and analyze job ad performance to improve effectiveness and engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment advertising. Assist in developing other recruitment-related marketing materials as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
