🎶 Job Title: Music Studio Professional (Mixing & Production)Position DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Music Studio Professional to handle the full production process of songs, from mixing vocals and instrumentals to ensuring the final track is polished and ready for release. The ideal candidate will have a strong ear for detail, technical expertise in audio engineering, and creativity in enhancing the overall sound quality. This role requires both technical precision and artistic vision to bring music projects to life.Key Responsibilities
  • Mix and master vocals, instrumentals, and full tracks to professional release standards.
  • Operate studio equipment, DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations), and plugins effectively.
  • Collaborate with artists, producers, and songwriters to achieve the desired sound.
  • Edit, balance, and enhance audio recordings for clarity and impact.
  • Ensure all tracks meet industry standards for distribution across streaming platforms.
  • Maintain studio organization, equipment functionality, and workflow efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and techniques in music production.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in audio mixing, mastering, and music production.
  • Proficiency in DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of audio effects, EQ, compression, and sound design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse artists and genres.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with vocal tuning software (e.g., Melodyne, Auto-Tune).
  • Familiarity with live recording setups and studio acoustics.
  • Knowledge of current industry standards for streaming and distribution.
