Oversee the book of work and manage staff to ensure efficient delivery of advice and implementation of solutions. Provide exceptional administrative support to the staff and business through all areas of the advice, implementation, and ongoing service process Preparation of documents, report,s and forms for client meetings Updating Xplan Communicating with clients Liaising (phone and email) with product providers - insurance, super and investment platforms - this includes UK Pension companies Implementation of advice strategies, including preparation, lodgeme,nt and tracking of applications Monitor and record the advice process, documentatio,n and record keeping to ensure compliance with standards and regulations (,eg Record Keeping, FDS and Service Agreements, File notes, etc) Make appointments for Financial Planners with new/existing clients & send required confirmation documents & communications to all parties. Monitor client portfolios to identify any investment or rebalancing needs for the adviser Prepare accurate portfolio performance reports for client review meetings Update and maintain the client Work in Progress log/CRM tool Reconcile fees and commissions Preparing compliant, personalised Statements of Advice at a quality level for new and existing clients Answer and direct phone calls.
