This role is also responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns to support the organization’s overall objectives. To be successful in this role, you must have strong graphic design fundamentals, a good sense of design, superb craftsmanship and an acute attention to detail.1. Content Design and Creation
  • Develops engaging and interactive engagement and learning content that enhances retention and transfer.
  • Create digital assets for web and social media platforms, including website graphics, posts, and email campaigns.
  • Maintains, evaluates, and updates instructional materials, course and engagement files from time to time
  • Seeks innovative ways to develop up-to-date mobile learning applications and content
  • Creates original graphical elements like type, icons, illustrations, and impactful key visuals
  • Translates static renders to motion graphics depending on the context of the user experience
2. Cross-functional collaboration
  • Works with PACE training and engagement teams to develop instructional materials for the sales force such as engagement and communication materials, cheat sheets, infographic materials, online trainings, explainer videos, and other related resources/collaterals
  • Works with the different channel owners within PACE and other channels within B2B
  • Performs direct coordination with other channels in the implementation/roll-out of instructional materials
  • Coordinates with internal groups (i.e.: Purchasing, NTMG, Accounting, etc.) for the production and deployment of PACE’s instructional materials, collaterals and merchandising materials
  • Contribute in engagement and culture-building initiatives of the organization (event production, engagement programs, etc.)
3. Platform Content Management
  • Maintains, evaluates, and updates content in People Engagement platforms (Quest, People Services Ticketing Tool, etc.)
  • Performs direct coordination with other PACE Department leads ((L&D, EE, and OD) to maintain the accuracy of content
