About this Position As a Regulatory Specialist your primary goal is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our Raw Material data management system, Albert. By reviewing and updating critical information, you play a vital role in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and facilitating smooth operations across various departments. What You ll Do Review missing information in Albert, in case of missing or outdated information (e.g., change of vendor due to acquisition) steer update, support clean- up activities Build knowledge of Raw Material data management, support connection between Albert and existing processes and tools (e.g., process alignment between Albert, DORIS) Stores and uploads obtained Safety Data Sheets in ALBERT database including metadata update Create tickets to solve issues where IT support is needed; Assign Baskets/Categories to the ALBERT database Actively communicate with external suppliers as well as with various internal stakeholders involved (PD, PSRA etc.) Track and evaluate supplier&aposs email/phone responses/feedback, sends reminding emails and approaches suppliers by follow-up calls as needed Contribute or initiate process improvement What makes you a good fit Bachelor&aposs Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Must have at least one (1) year work experience related to Research and Development, Regulatory (Material Compliance and Quality Management) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); SAP background is an advantage Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details, and databases like DORIS and ALBERT; Skills in managing stakeholders Excellent command of spoken and written English, willingness to engage with internal and external parties (Product Development, Suppliers, Manufacturers) Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
