GMS is looking to recruit a dynamic professional to join its Finance Team in the Philippines, Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila, as an Account Executive, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities Process and reconcile invoices, payments, reimbursements, and expense claims, credit notes, vendor statements; follow up on discrepancies. Manage monthly bank reconciliations, maintain ledger balance-sheet accounts, and resolve variances. Cash management and reporting. Assist senior accountants with closing activities, accruals, prepayments, and support audit procedures. Prepare basic financial statements (income, cashflow), assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Prepare and submit Tax declarations (monthly, quarterly, annual) Prepare payroll processing, checks/payroll tax deposits, and reconciliation of payroll hours. Periodic review of SOP. Build and maintain good relationship with hotel finance with close follow up on invoices and payment discrepancies. Corporate liaison with external auditors, tax agents and authorities, government authorities, legal & insurance companies etc Handle billings, payment collections and pursue unpaid billings and other office duties. Special Projects - Assist in various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives Qualifications Bachelor&aposs/University Degree, Business Studies/Finance/Management, preferably Accounting graduate or related accounting qualifications At least 2-3 years working experience in the same field.
