Directing all operational aspects including customer service, manpower staffing, and sales in accordance with the company's objective
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
Meet goals and metrics
Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, motivation and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Willing to be assigned either in Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Cavite, and Laguna
At least 1 - year of work experience as a Sales Personnel / Brand Ambassador
Computer literate
Can work with less supervision, is well-organized, and cost-efficient.
Excellent sales and customer service relations, good communication and great leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Willing to work on shifts
