Job Title Principal Software Development Engineer C# (Design/Build Platforms and Framework)About the roleThe principal engineer will oversee the technical and functional activities of multiple development teams. The principal engineer has both individual contribution and management work.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with product owner to balance functional and technical work
  • Support the product architect and the enterprise architecture group in maintaning a technical road map and ensuring teams' alignment
  • Responsible for communicating leadership team priority and technical guidance to all teams. Facilitates communications between teams and domains as needed.
  • Lead operational monitoring collaborate with teams to deliver operational improvement work items. Ensure efficient resolution production issues
  • Participate in the interview process and recommend techincally skilled candidates
  • Identifiy and facilitate developer-centric trainings
  • Foster collaborative work environment and promote innovation and empowerment
  • Support performance evaluations and performance improvement activities as needed
  • Serve as the point of contact of teams as needed
  • Provide high level estimates for features. Propose solution, code and automate testing of optimized solutions.
About the Ideal CandidateArchitecture
  • Technically versatile across languages, frameworks, and modern platforms, with the ability to stay current on emerging technologies and introduce improvements where they add value.
  • Hands-on experience working within cloud native architecture
  • Strong mentor and technical leader, capable of elevating engineering quality, shaping best practices, and improving overall developer experience
  • Expert level in design patterns and cloud native strategies(DDD, Microservices, Event-driven etc.)
  • Able to lead architecture design across multiple projects, defining scalable, reliable cloud‑native patterns and guiding teams in execution.
  • Knowledgeable in API integration and implementation
  • Knowledgeable in unit tests
Technical Requirements
  • Experience with .NET Core (Expert level)
  • C# or related languages
  • Expert with implementing cloud deployed solutions (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP considered)
  • Test automation experience using xUnit, NUnit or other C# test automation framework
  • Experience using SQL scripting
Bonus if you have
  • Cloud data storage experience (Azure SQL, Cosmos or equivalents)
  • Experience working with GitOps
  • Test automation development experience beyond unit testing (integration, performance, etc.)
