What you will do:The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and BMS (Building Management System) scope within the assigned project/s. This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out—ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.How you will do it:
  • Lead and manage the HVAC and BMS scope from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
  • Monitor progress and performance of HVAC and BMS installations, addressing technical issues and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports, risk assessments, and progress documentation to management and clients.
  • Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and client communications related to HVAC/BMS.
  • Collaborate with design and commissioning teams to ensure systems are integrated and tested successfully.
  • Support procurement activities and review technical submissions related to HVAC and BMS equipment.
What we look for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in MEP/HVAC/BMS projects.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS integration, and project delivery processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
