Overview Prepare, consolidate, and analyze cash forecast reports from the business units, including understanding the drivers and impact of actual financial report booking of each item. Monitor and analyze variances of actual cash report against cash forecast. Responsible for preparing other management/regulatory treasury reports as required. Functions and Responsibilities Oversee cash flow forecasting including coordination with the business units to obtain required data/information. Have an in-depth understanding of the operations of each business unit to be able to properly analyze the reasonableness of provided data/information. Establish and monitor a lateral control system for cash inflow and outflow. Monitor actual cash forecast results and analyze variances against cash flow projections. Prepare the annual treasury budget as per the guidance of the Treasury Head. Summarize cash flow forecast results for presentation to Senior Management. Prepare and analyze reports comparing actual cash flow against actual financial bookings (month-end closing). Recommend enhancements to the existing Treasury Cash Planning System. Complete ad-hoc requests as needed. Job Skills & Qualifications Preferably a graduate of business/management/financial-related course At least 4 - 6 years of Cash Forecast and Planning/Treasury experience Strong knowledge of local generally accepted accounting principles Strong knowledge of basic cash management operations Knowledgeable in banking operations Excellent in Excel Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation.
