Entry-level:Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related course
- At least 1–2 years of experience in multimedia or graphic design roles
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other tools (e.g. Capcut, Canva)
- Skilled in creating motion graphics, video editing, visual storytelling
- Ability to support event and campaign coverage, including on-site photo/video documentation and real-time content creation
- Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Bonus skills:
- 3D design/animation (Blender, Cinema4D)
- UI/UX design (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Strong creative portfolio with a variety of digital and video projects
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines
