The role supports monthly performance tracking through data and reporting, and contributes to the execution of PR, communications, and branding initiatives. It also involves assisting with product launches and related activities to drive market growth and visibility. Job responsibilities include:
- Competitive and Market Intelligence: The role involves keeping a close eye on competitors and market trends, gathering and sharing relevant insights with stakeholders. It also includes benchmarking products and technologies against competitors and providing general administrative support.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Handles CRM programs to support the growth of small business and leads the creation of internal and external communications. Organizes local customer events, partners with trade associations, and manages sponsorship activities. Also responsible for developing and monitoring local campaigns and driving promotional efforts.
- Product Development & Management: Oversees the monitoring and analysis of UPS’s current product and service portfolio, while identifying new market opportunities. Prepares product-related reports and presentations, supports project planning and post-implementation reviews. Also participates in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the usability of technology tools.
- PR Branding and Digital Marketing: Coordinates with Region team on PR and branding initiatives and ensures timely updates to both Region and local management teams. Support digital marketing strategies.
