We are looking for a ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR who can join our Mediabrands Content Studio (MBCS) team: POSITION IDENTIFICATION Organization Description: Mediabrands Content Studio is a global creative network that develops and produces content for brands across various platforms. Job Position Summary: The Associate Creative Director (Art) is responsible for leading the visual direction and execution of creative concepts for a variety of clients and projects. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, art direction experience, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers and visual artists. Reports To (Position): Design Craft Lead and Head of MBCS Title of Direct Reports: Senior Art Director, Art Director, Creative Designer KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Visual Concepting & Execution: Develop original and visually compelling concepts and content that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Oversee the execution of visual elements across various channels, including digital, social, print, and video. Ensure all visual assets are high-quality, on-brand, and effectively communicate the desired message. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to art directors and designers, fostering their creative growth and development. Manage workload and deadlines for the art team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Client Collaboration & Presentation: Participate in client meetings to present creative concepts and gather feedback. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their visual preferences and brand aesthetics. Collaborate with account management, media team, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution. Strategic Thinking & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design software, and emerging visual technologies. Contribute to the development of creative strategies and innovative visual solutions. Identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of visual output. Other Duties: Participate in new business pitches and presentations, showcasing visual concepts and design capabilities. Contribute to the development of internal training programs for design software and visual trends. Maintain a strong understanding of the Mediabrands Content Studio&aposs capabilities and offerings. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS Education: Preferably a graduate of Bachelor&aposs Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Level of Experience: At least 6 years of solid experience in art direction and graphic design, with a focus on content creation and advertising. Required Competencies and Disposition: Exceptional design and art direction skills. Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of visual creatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of art direction and design work. A collaborative and positive attitude. Strong understanding of the Philippine market, trending cultural moments, and visual culture.
