Responsibilities :JOB DESCRIPTIONThe On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) position for an IT EBA Application is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field of Information Technology procurement and analysis. Under the guidance of experienced professional/s, the OJT will assist in various tasks related to procuring IT products and services, analyzing D365 and Siebel manual and automated test data.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAssist in Regression Testing: Collaborate with the D365 functional and automation test team in support of the D365 quarterly releases.Assist in OPA Rule Testing: Support in Siebel OPA Rule requests by users and work with IT Technical team in analyzing the requests and perform accurate testing before promoting to Production.Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions. Identify opportunities for improvement within the area of support and participate in coming up with solutions.QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in IT related degree program
Knowledge in MS D365 is preferred
Knowledge on Manual and Automation Testing is a plus
Ability to complete tasks effectively, efficiently and within expected timelines
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to details
Strong analytical skills
Effective English language skills, both verbal and written communications
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
