About the role:The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing through the implementation of Process related issues.What you will do:Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on assembly process issues.Monitor KPIs and dashboards daily to ensure performance visibility.Ensure a stable process by continuously identifying the risks in the in-process control and firewall.Conduct risk assessments and scoping of processes and products.Perform root cause analysis, technical simulations, and corrective actions for line and customer issues.Drive continuous process capability improvement and establish strong process control and firewall.Responsible for characterization of new processes or material changes and implementing controls.Benchmark and implement best practices across operations.Capacity increase through engineering solutions.Performs root cause analysis, technical simulation studies, and corrective actions for customer/line chronic issues.Drive alternate source material qualification for cost/DFPC improvement.What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with knowledge of semiconductor processes and/or material science.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process engineering, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
Experience in Trim Form Singulation processes, including process characterization, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Strong proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM, MRAT, change management, problem‑solving analysis, and lean manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and analytical platforms such as SAS JMP or Minitab.
Skilled in data‑driven problem solving and capable of applying engineering solutions to improve yield, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑oriented attitude and innovative mindset.
Results‑driven, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with excellent risk‑based thinking.
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks effectively.
