Quality Control Specialist (Data Encoder)

• Processes medical certificates, attachments, or additional certificates by checking through the database.
• Mainly handles encoding, printing, and releasing requested certificates.
• Generates and verifies patients medical results of the Laboratory, testing, and Psychometric test results.
• Submits daily accomplishment report by completing the worksheet and indicates patients PEME information with time and motion necessary for the Documentation Supervisors requirements and monitoring purposes.
• Maintains and secures the unit on a daily basis by ensuring the units cleanliness, unplugging all electrical sockets, and organizing desks before leaving for a conducive working area.
• Uploads medical documents and other pertinent data in the assigned system or websites such as but not limited to local accounts and client website as per clients requirements.
