Facilitate driver training programs, including New Hire, Refresher, Cross-Skill, and Upskill sessions. Deliver training for head office employees, covering New Hire Orientation, cultural onboarding, and skills development workshops. Design and update training materials to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs. Maintain and analyze training reports to track participation, effectiveness, and areas for improvement. Manage the Lotus LMS: oversee user enrollment, manage access rights, and generate data-driven reports. Provide feedback and recommendations to the Training Manager to enhance training strategies and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve training delivery and learner experience. Facilitate post-training surveys to measure trainee satisfaction and gather insights for continuous improvement. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through focus group discussions, surveys, and performance data to keep content relevant and impactful. Develop bite-sized learning materials and microlearning content to reinforce key concepts post-training. Monitor employee performance through 30-60-90 day post-training reviews, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted solutions. Send end-of-day training reports and endorsements to HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and timely follow-up. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field 23 years of experience delivering training to both frontline and office teams Skilled in designing training materials (slides, guides, microlearning, etc.) Familiar with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Lotus LMS) Strong facilitation and presentation skills Good at working with HR, Operations, and other teams Organized, detail-oriented, and able to submit daily reports Flexible and proactive in finding solutions to training needs Willing to travel as needed
