Description:Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in international trade operations? Join our dynamic team as Impex Staff and take charge of coordinating the entire import/export process—ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely international shipments.Role Overview:As an Impex Staff, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end import/export process—from documentation and customs clearance to transport coordination and compliance. You’ll serve as the key point of contact for freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate all stages of international shipments—from inquiry to final deliveryPrepare and manage documentation for shipping, customs, and regulatory complianceLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners to track and monitor shipmentsEnsure timely delivery and coordinate with the warehouse team on shipment arrivalsCommunicate with customs, suppliers, and external stakeholders to resolve documentation or shipment issuesMaintain accurate records for audits and complianceStay current on trade regulations, tariff schedules, and customs proceduresVerify certificates, licenses, and other documents to prevent fraudImplement SOPs and digital tools to streamline documentation processesQualifications (Must-Have):Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Customs Administration, or related field1–2 years of hands-on experience in import/export operationsSolid knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentationFamiliarity with global shipping and logistics coordinationExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to manage issues in compliance and transportProficient in MS Office and relevant logistics softwarePreferred Qualifications:2–5 years of work experience in a similar roleCan work independently with minimal supervisionStrong leadership and “take-charge” attitudeWhy Join Us?Be part of a professional, high-performing teamGain hands-on experience in global trade and logisticsOpportunity to grow within a stable and reputable organization
