Job Description: Develop pricing models and scenarios that take into account product costs, trade terms, and promotional levers to optimise margin performance. Evaluate marketing investments and promotional back-margin support to ensure commercial spend drives profitable growth. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of pricing tools, dashboards, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with retail merchandisers to analyse product performance and identify margin improvement opportunities through assortment optimisation, pricing adjustments, and promotional efficiency. Track and deliver regular pricing and margin performance reports to management. Identify ways to improve operational efficiency whilst monitoring and enforcing key operational metrics to ensure operational excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or financial planning-preferably within an FMCG environment. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and experience working with large data sets to draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FMCG market dynamics. Strong organisational skills with the ability to execute tasks independently. Familiarity with Data Studio and SQL is advantageous, though not essential.
