Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or recruitment assistants. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and recruitment campaigns locally and internationally. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce availability within the shipping sector. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
